  1. Speaking of cancer-I’m a hormone positive post-menopausal breast cancer survivor/thriver! ?? Take anastrozole to suppress hormones. Since starting the meds, even with healthy keto & exercise, I continue to gain weight (+35lbs) over the past 3.5 yrs. STRUGGLING! Help, coach, video for protocol to overcome the weight gain?? ??????

  2. I use keto-friendly Carbonaut seeded bread(Whole Foods sells it), made from flax seed meal. Only 3 Carbs! Noooo sugar! We love it! Have lost 20 lbs in 2 months (OMAD, 20/4 daily IMF and 48 hour fast every 2 weeks)zero reflux, (YAY!)inflammation way down to almost zero(have had arthritis since I was 27, and gout for past 5 years, and have improved 99%),ride a stationary recumbent bike, and exercise in my little pool several times a week. I feel wonderful overall, no foggy brain, depression gone, and just celebrated my 70th bday!? Thanks so much, Dr. Berg❣️❣️

  3. As per Hulda Clark in her book THE CURE FOR ALL DISEASES, she uses L-Ornithine to calm night time cortisol. I’ve used it for a year now to extend my sleep, taking one with three Sleep Aids at bedtime, taking another one each time I happen to awaken during my sleep time and it puts me right back to sleep! She uses the L-Ornithine In her Gallbladder Flush which I did years ago and rid myself of large gallstones during menopausal years! I like Tudca now at 76. Thank you, dr Berg, I’ve been on Healthy Keto and IF for 6 months and it’s helping to bring healing and weight loss to a body that’s suffered from hyperinsulinemia and fatty liver for many years, unknowingly. I do need the help of Natural Desiccated Thyroid but otherwise I am medication free and have slowly lost 20 pounds with low exercise.   4. I think everyone goes through a rough transition when starting keto there's no way around it. Ride the wave you will adapt with time but you'll probably have to tweak a few things

  5. Hi Dr, I am insulin resistant, I have high blood pressure and recently I found out that I have a kidney stone. I am on a vegetarian diet for 3months now, I wanted to ask you if I can eat raw coconut. And if there's anything I can eat or not eat to reduce my blood pressure and deal with my other health problems..please advice me. !!

  6. Sir I am starting keto and need a little help. I am 20 yrs old. Are the milk solids remaining at bottom of pan while extraction of ghee from cream keto. Actually I have calcium deficiency. Sir plzzzzz answer my query.????

  7. Maybe try Brewers yeast instead of B vitamins for the female police officer. Had similar effects and that worked wonders for me back in the day. Milk thistle help me a lot too!
