  1. Love the way you are going with first the PanAm and now the Sportster S and that you start putting in some tech without giving up on the iconic Harley look. Definitely increases the riding experience. Price Point is also pretty fair for what you put in. Can't wait to see the first "transformed" old school cruiser with new tech. Till then I continue to ride my 2010 Dyna Fat Bob ;-P.

  2. 12:40 they say they are going to make some classic style Sportsters with the new platform, and it shows a dual shock bike and then a bike with the regular rear HD fender. I also now believe the "cafe racer" they had leaked a while back might be a new XLCR Cafe Racer based on the 70s version! Cool easter egg! So anyone bummed out with the lack of a passenger seat, rear suspension travel and dual disc brakes just wait a little bit and we will get all kinds of cool Sportster models. There was also a model that had a small fairing like the current iron1200. I am looking forward to this!

Potential new Sportster? One is clearly the new Sportster flat tracker with dual dics and more ground clearanc and the 975cc platform. The other looks like the old XLCR but the dual shocks threw me off until I seen them say at the end the upcoming Sportster models will share more with previous models (while they show a dual shock bike)! The flat tracker appears to have much more ground clearance and both the cafe racer and flat tracker have dual discs in the article below, and the rear fender in this video shows the new models will be capable of having a passenger since it will have a different tail section. They also trademarked the names "48X" and "Nightster" again, so it is safe to say we will see liquid cooled versions of both bikes. I am going to wait a year or so until any bugs are worked out and when there may be other models to purchase. A model with dual discs and a classic rear fender with more ground clearance would be amazing!

  3. yes wow wow they brought back a v rod that looks hideous. Attract new riders? $27000 AUD for this? I guess that harley would have to finance every new rider to buy the bike? AND your girlfriend or boyfriend on the back seat would need to have the narrowest ass on her/him to fit and flame proof pants to deal with that exhaust. Whats with the suzuki katana rear number plate as well? Sorry for the salty pretzel rant but this bike is a big fosters flop for me.

  4. I never got this license plate holder fashion. Especially on this bike on top of this fat tire, it looks like a Covid face mask covering a pretty face. I hope there’s aftermarket accessories to redeem this design misfortune.

  5. Okay great looking bike.
But is it the same old thing from Harley-Davidson where you spend 20 plus Grand on the bike and then you have to spend another six or seven Grand so it will get out of its own way? I can see a newbie taking this bike as the ultimate but you get somebody with riding experience and it seems like it will become slow and underpowered.
My guess is some what entry-level bike or someone who has a few years under their belt.
Funny how they never post it's quarter mile time😉
I would like to see this I guess we have to wait for the Magazine's to come out with this information. The reviews will be interesting.

  6. I remember something called a V-Rod and all the those others attempting to make HD's – I know its tough but this looks like makeup on a HOG – new engine may be great- IDK but strip it down- hinging on lipstick on a pig

  7. Curious to test ride this bad boy. It’ll be nice to see how it feels and compares with my FTR. Looks more cruiser-styled, definitely lower and beefier looking, but the specs are right as far as the performance and weight goes. Would’ve been way cooler to see it with 150hp like the Pan American though.
