  5. I heard about all these vitamins back in mid 2019. 2020 is where I started to take them everyday. I had covid at the end of 2020 and it was pretty easy on me unlike the flu. I think it had something to do with the vitamins. On top of that since I started taking them, my headaches are gone and something else that doctors(6 doctors to be exact) couldn't figure out, healed as well. Do a little bit of research and start taking your vitamins folks, it works wonders.

  9. Vitamin D, vitamins in general, is not talked about enough because it’s not as profitable. I was told my vit d levels were “probably fine…you don’t need a test.. don’t worry, you’re very healthy.” I ordered a test on my own, and, as I always suspected, I was very deficient. Insist to your doctor to give you a script for a blood test, and if they don’t, there are ways to pay for it yourself at the lab without a script.   10. Neurosurgeon dr. jack kruse claims regular suppplementation of melatonin makes your retina shrink – in case i got that wrong, the point was it made body lose its own abiltiy to make it.   19. Quercetin acts like a mast cell stabilizer. I was directed by my docs to take for MCAD/MCAS. I have EDS, MCAS, dysautonomia. I take Zinc,Quercetin/Vit C (another good mast cell stablizer), Vit D3 w/Vit K (vit K helps keep calcium in check while taking Vit D so that it doesn't leech out into tissues, etc. –it's what I was told by my docs.) I'm also a RN and note many s/s from COVID can seem similar to some MCAD/cytokine type of reactions. I've read scholarly articles that seem to suggest this although still under study.

  20. Excellent video because Dr Seheult cites the medical studies that supports his recommendations. I am 69 and got COVID-19 in December and it took me 25 days of illness for me to recover at home. My weaken immune system (due to age) ultimately won the battle so I am looking for ways to help my immune system win the next battle much more quickly.
