Genesis is on a roll with improving their lineup and the G70 is getting some MAJOR changes for 2022. Even though it sits on the same chassis as the Kia Stinger it really looks and behave like a totally different sedan. On the outside you will notice a redesigned front fascia, new 19in wheels, Brembo brakes, LED lighting and rear bumper. On the inside you will be greeted to an all new 10.3in infotainment screen, Nappa leather, and a new Sport plus driving mode. Under the hood you will find a 3.3L twin-turbo V6 that is pumping out 365HP & mated to an 8-speed automatic. Is the NEW 2022 Genesis G70 a BETTER sport sedan than a BMW M340i?

M340i just looks so hard from the front. Aggressive coming up from behind.
Might just be me but that G70 seemed just as fast in automatic than it was when using the shifting paddles? Beautiful car!

Love this Genesis G70 and I think if everything was straight up perfect great luck with Sales but it'll be boring.
I don’t know too much about Genesis and the entire Korean car brand , but I most definitely commend them on their due diligence for doing a great work on bringing on a wow factor and fresh styling ! I hope Infiniti will just redesign their q50 red sport sedan with a great exterior and interior design with more exterior /interior option, 9spd/ manual tranny , and more power to get back into the sport sedan segment because the redsport is slipping away. IMO

No, it's not. I used to like Hyundai until I bought a hyundai palisade and everything falls apart / so much wind noise / unrefined. Google hyundai palisade wind noise — thousands of complaints,, for a 50 thousand dollar car unacceptable. Get a toyota they dont make mistakes lke that and dont break. If hyundai going to be unreliable and expensive as the germans, might as well get the unreliable german car that is more fun to drive

I wish they would bring the coupe back. I’d love to see a twin turbo V6 or V8 rwd coupe. The original coupe was a really nice attempt and a good value for young enthusiasts who didn’t have $40k+ to spend. I also think it being directly associated with Hyundai probably turned some potential buyers off. With Genesis being it’s brand now, I think a coupe would fare much better and help complete their growing lineup. I’ve also noticed that a lot of these smaller growing brands like Genesis and Tesla are not advertising their cars as much as the giants.
