What is an INTJ personality type?
INTJ (introverted, intuitive, thinking, and judging) is one of the 16 personality types identified by a personality assessment called the MyersBriggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Sometimes referred to as the “Architect,” or the “Strategist,” people with INTJ personalities are highly analytical, creative and logical.
Why is Intj so rare?
So why are INTJs so rare? It mostly has to do with conflicting personality traits that are often misunderstood by the masses. The way these qualities work against each other and even for each other at different times makes INTJs one of the rarest personality types.

It is not that we think that other people are idiots just bcz they have different ideas. Those people started laughing at our ideas so instead of discussing, criticizing or just accepting it, they make a fool of you in front of a crowd. Right then you think that they are idiots.

I thought I was compleatly insane for years but I was clinically assessed as INTJ. When I found out my very best friend in this world is an INTJ as well, it blew me away. I stopped questioning my sanity after that.
He gets away with about 98% more than most but that's reciprocal … It's very baffling to have people get upset by things we discuss. We aren't sure why people say we're overly critical & intimidating ? It's not reasonable or rational to say that to either of us, It's very confusing.
It's not the least bit funny or humorous as we're not cruel in any discernable manner.
Prolific swearing, awkward/uncomfortable subject matter & apparently the vicious nature of our debates has been mentioned before but I really but I really don't get it ?

You know you're an INTJ when you can more easily create new worlds in your head than live in the real one. How many INTJs out there have almost full blown conversations with yourself in your head? I often feel not just misunderstood but under estomated. When someone realize their big mistake, it's often too late ans there is no reversal. Never mess up with an INTJ. We will eat you alive! We never throw the first punch but when we punch back, we swing a hard one.

I do not think very much about "Identifying" my "personality type" nor about "How smart" I am ( or am not..) but simply about how MY brain and thoughts work, or do not work. Apparently, this IS my "Type" … But I do not actually "care" what category I fit into. I simply try to find a way to be comfortable with myself, AND with those around me. I know that I did not "blend" well with the MENSA crowd. (-: I passed all their tests, with very high scores… but none of them could carry on a conversation, nor understand a joke. I tried 3 different 'clubs' in 3 very different locations… but similar results. But this thought pattern seem to 'fit' me. I sometimes frustrate others, in a conversation, because my mind thinks of 5 or 6 things that are related to the topic, and even things that I feel should even influence the outcome… but others just see it as 'distractions'… [Interestingly… quite often, the things I tried to mention DO turn up in the future, and have to be dealt with anyway.
I’ve taken the test several times over the years and always got INFJ. Took it again today and got INTJ. After watching this video, INTJ is undoubtedly more on point.

if you replayed the video to discern the data more thoroughly in order to confirm whether or not you are an INTJ for no good reason since you're likely the only person who likely knows your Myers Briggs type in your immediate circle, not that you'd ever dare bring it up in open conversation… then you're 99 percent likely to be one.

I’m an intj.
I can’t help but act emotionless towards people I don’t know, but when I’m very sensitive. But I don’t want sympathy like “Oh it’s okay!” I want an answer to my problem. But I understand others emotions, and I can connect deeply with them and feel the pain they’re feeling. And I only show my emotions once you’re someone I can actually trust.
Bang on! MBTI test put me at INTJ years ago, INTJ's evolve even deeper over the years into much more esoteric and secretive areas of the mind, its processes and our spirit.

I took this personality assessment in 1992 multiple times then and since then and it came back INTJ every time. I don’t listen to the outside world. The crowd is simply the personification of fear and ignorance. It is pathology I will ignore to my last breath.

I don't ever think other people are idiots. I simply think that illogical people are draining, a waste of precious time, and a general nuisance. Given that so very many of this planet's disasters stem from EMOTIONS, and not logic, the day when the majority of people stop worshiping at the altar of emotions and stop making emotions one of the benchmarks for being human, may just have dawned. They make up 1.9% of the population, but everybody in the comment thread claims they’re INTJ. Funny how the internet diagnoses your personality type. Your INTJ brain chemistry must’ve brought you to this conclusion. This why I go outside and stay away from this stuff.
